And now, the fun part: a bit about me. I’ve moved around a lot in my life, which often leads people to assume I’m an army brat. In reality, my Czech parents and I moved to the States from Germany when I was eight years old. English is actually my third language, but you’d never know it (until the occasional oddity like “turn the candle off” slips out). But I wouldn’t change all the moving for anything—I consider myself truly lucky to have multiple places across the world that feel like home.

 

On the weekends, you'll find me renovating my home or curled up with a book and my dog.
